We have put in place structures that let us meet transport-related needs with a fleet of vehicles that can accommodate various types of freight, allowing us to offer not only large-scale, mainline shipping services such as transport of ingredients, raw materials, and manufactured products, but also a range of smaller-scale services like small-lot transport from logistics centers and other facilities to delivery centers.
In addition to its own fleet of vehicles, the company operates more than 1,000 vehicles daily in cooperation with 180 domestic transportation partners to provide a transportation system that can cover a wide area throughout Japan, enabling it to offer a logistics network that can meet diversifying needs. In addition, we have an environment in place that allows us to speedily implement effective logistics reform models and other good practices on a nationwide scale.
