On Thursday, November 21, “thinkrun Group Women’s Day 2024,” an in-house event to discuss “Diversity Equity & Inclusion” and the promotion of women in the workforce, was held at our headquarters in Kanazawa.

On the day of the event, about 50 female employees belonging to thinkrun group gathered from all over Japan to deepen their understanding of DE&I together with Daisuke Tsuruga, Representative Director and President, and other executives.
Female employees also shared their opinions and ideas on what each of them could do and what challenges they would like to take on as individuals, at their work places, and in the organization.
